frozen yogurt dots 21 Day Fix recipe

What a quick, easy and yummy treat for those hot days! Healthy and sweet, these little drops are great for teething babies and big kiddos too.

Here’s what you’ll need:

-Your favorite regular or Greek style yogurt, any flavor (you can even use those yogurts in a tube, like Gogurt or YoKids Squeezers to really save some time!)

-a plastic sandwich bag

-non-stick baking sheet

-Freezer

Here’s what to do:

Use a spoon to transfer your yogurt from the container to the plastic sandwich bag. Just like you’re icing a cupcake, cut a small piece off of one of the corners of the bag, and gently squeeze little dots of yogurt onto your baking sheet. Once you’re sheet is full, place in the freezer for about 45 minutes to allow the yogurt dots to freeze. Remove them from the freezer, and use a spatula to lift them off of the baking sheet. Serve them in a bowl and enjoy!
