21 Day Fix Lunch Idea

Fall is here in full effect! For lunch today I was feeling like some healthy comfort food, so here’s what I made:

Leftover roasted chicken from last night- (1) Red container

Barley- (1) Yellow container

1 Fuyu Persimmon, sliced- (1) Purple container

Kale Salad (see recipe from a previous post here!)- (2) Green containers

You definitely don’t go hungry on the 21 Day Fix program!
